The router stays pending

Confirm RouterOS is a stable v7.20 or newer release within v7 and that the site can send UDP to the edge. Run the setup command again before the token expires.

A payment succeeded but the user is offline

Activation should finish within 10 seconds. Check Transactions for that reference. If it stays pending, the reconciliation job retries Paystack. Do not create a second charge for the same payment.

Can I record cash?

Yes, when the cash payments switch is on. The owner, an admin, or finance records it. It is audited.

Where do texts come from?

Transactional texts use the DND route. Promotional texts wait until 08:00 Africa/Lagos.
